I firmly believe that God is more interested in who we're becoming versus what we "do" with our life. While God is very interested in what we spend our life doing, He is more interested in who we become along the journey. I could be fulfilling God's call on my life, doing what I was born to do, but if I'm not being who He wants me to be in that, then what's it really worth?
And so, when the journey and destination are unclear and seemingly hidden, I can trust He is doing the greater work in me, than whatever work I actually end up doing.
And so, I propose a toast...
To the journey. And to change - being transformed into the image of His Son - the greatest work.
Cheers!
